Document Information Panel inconsistent

I have successfully installed the Template Hub and my customers are using it. However, we have encountered a problem regarding the Document Information Panel(DIP) in Word. When a user creates a New document using the hub, the DIP will show all the Properties from the template Library. When the users fill these Properties, they will all be emptied (except the title Field) when the user hits 'save'. When he has saved the document for the first time, the DIP will update and show the correct Properties/Fields from the destination Library, not the template Library.

Any Clues to how I can fix this problem?

I have not experienced this, at least not with Office 2010.
What Office version are you using?
Problems with the default DIP can most likely be resolved by creating a custom DIP using (the now dead) InfoPath.

Hello Kjetil,
thanks for the quick reply :)
I am using Office 2013.
Creating a custom DIP will not help much, because there are different Properties/Fields in the different destination Libraries. The only way I can think of is to force the user to do a save of the document before he can start adding information in the DIP.
